The dining area is at Ruthai's is small, with about a dozen tables, and the walls are plain with sparse works of art depicting life in the ancient Far East. The modest décor is deceiving--Ruthai's compensates for its unassuming ambience with a broad menu of zingy, creative entrees that surprise and delight. Appetizers range from spring rolls and fish cakes to thai noodles and deep-fried tofu. There are various entrée categories, from vegetarian, beef and pork, to curry and noodle dishes.
