Poor Customer Service!!!!.
My fiance purchased a Groupon for me for 3 massages at this establishment. I've been trying to call since January and no one would EVER answer. When they did call back, it would ALWAYS be during normal work day hours which I couldn't talk. On a day off I was finally able to talk to someone. I tried to book and there wasn't anything available until a month later which was after the expiration date of my Groupon. She refused to allow me to use my massages without paying an additional $60.
I have never been so infuriated with a business. They are understaffed to the point that it's close to impossible to schedule an appointment. And if you don't schedule a year in advance, well good luck.
I have never experienced such poor customer service. I hope you take your business elsewhere.

Tried the rest but this is the best.
Karen greeted me with a smile and a very inviting, relaxing environment.
Karen's massages were without a doubt the best I've ever had. I've had many at spas and medical massages, but never felt as relaxed, loose with less muscle pain after every massage.
She is very funny as well so I have come out of my massages feeling wonderful and happy. I would recommend Hands On Massage to everyone!

I've never felt better.
I went to Hands On before I finally got a new bed, my back had been hurting from that old thing for years. I met with Karen, the owner, she's such a sweet and warm lady.
She got to work immediately, I had no idea how bad my body was! I had so many tense spots, poor Karen, she had to rub them out, and it was no easy task, believe you me. When I got off the table I thought I could do a back flip, but I figured I better not risk wasting my new back.
I've been there a couple more times, to get in the sauna and hot tub as well, every time I go I feel just as rejuvenated as the first time.
Highly recommended!
