Steer the heck clear of ORP.
This has been the WORST rental experience of my life. First of all, on move in day, they gave me the wrong set of keys and then it took them 2 hours to get the right ones to me....All the while I am sitting outside with all of my things, trying to get moved. No apology.
Second strike. I come home one day with a notice for the entire apartment building that Duke will be turning off the electricity due to non-payment. ORP denied that and said that was an error....Electricity was turned off a week later.
Third, 4th and 5th strikes...No hot water on 3 different days in the period of 3 weeks! When calling to the office, none "knew" what was going on. Under further investigation, the maintenane man told us it was bc they dodn't "want" to pay $700 to fix it.
6th strike. Management refuses to return phone calls.
Do not move in here!!! I have experienced all this in a short, mere 4 months!!!
