Delicious Food, Prompt Service, Great for Take-Out. People at our business have become hooked on Walts BBQ. Though we have eaten in, take out is almost a daily occurance with someone from our business frequenting Walts. Their food preparation is rapid, and the choice of sauces is delicious. Rather than smothering with sauce, Walts lets you add it later, so that you can experience the rich smoked taste of the meat first hand. Great for the entire family, I highly recommend trying this restaurant.

amazing ribs. I have eaten at Walt's several times in the last year or so. I think he gets better all the time. I have always had outstanding service. My family has eaten BBQ in some of the most "famous" joints in the USA and this is one of the best!! Ribs are dry rubbed and you have a choice of 3 homemade sauces. The sweet potatos are incredible. Beans and rice are also a tasty side dish. This is a place worthy of the trip across town!!

Not bad, but could use a little improvement. Walt does a great job with the texture of his Q, it's always cooked perfectly and the meat is high quality. However, for real Q fans the smoking just won't do. He uses a very light smoke, probably apple or pecan wood which just doesn't give it enough flavor on the quicker cooking meats. The sauce is OK if you're into Memphis style, I hope so because that's all that is available. The sides are commonplace but are tasty and hot. It's a small restataraunt but seating is not usually a problem. The price/value ratio is pretty good, so if a lighter flavor Q slathered in a thick molasses sauce is up your alley, give it a try!

Pretty good if you live nearby.. The BBQ is OK. The Brisket has been fabulous in the past, but wasn't so good the last time. The biggest downfall is the side dishes. The sides are very run-of-the-mill. I do like the Pork/Chicken/Beef sandwhiches combo.
