Took my handicapped son to this place and they were very rude. The nurse told me that his insurance had been discontinued and that all of them were going to be discontinued. I walked out of the place in tears thinking how could someone be in this profession and be so rude and uncaring. I went to the HomeCare Urgent Care down the road and they took my son without any questions. And the nurse there said they have had quite a few patients come in there and say that they came from the one down the road and they were rude and nasty. I will never go back to Dr. Urgent Care again and I will let people know how we were treated.

Typical Urgent Care Visit. I'm by no means a regular to the local urgent care, but I've been there several times over the past couple of years. Everyone went out of thier way to ensure our visit was as comfortable as possible despite having a sleepy 4 year old out past her bedtime. The physician's assistant went as far as to make a coloring book for my daughter to keep her interest while waiting.

Good doctors, nasty office. I went there once. The physician was very helpful. Wish I could say the same for the rest of the office. On my absolute first bill (for $10) the billing office sent a red past due notice threatening collection office. They didn't even give me a chance to pay. Leaves a bitter taste.
