A favorite spot for serious and not so serious riders, the trail is flat, making it perfect for leisurely rides, in-line skating or rollerskating. Part of the Little Miami Scenic Trail, it was conceived in 1979 and is constructed along an abandoned railway. The city of Loveland is proud of its trail, having funded it without any federal or outside aid. Along the trail are ice cream shops, rest rooms and pay phones.
