Does anyone see a pattern of poor service?? In the experience that people are having with Larosas?

So many negative reviews about their lack of customer service. We experienced the same problem on our last 2 orders that did not match what we ordered.. And we payed more for inferior service... never again!

This Pizzeria has forgotten that customer satisfaction is important!

Prices are way too high for the amount given!. If you order a pizza or a hoagie, you may think the price is reasonable. I do not like Larosa's pizza or hoagies so I always get something else when my family wants to go there. The wings I got today were 8 dollars and they were abnormally small. I have never seen chicken wings so tiny. My son also ordered the chocolate dessert that claims to be big enough for two so he could share. It was almost six dollars and the size of a playing card and about a half an inch thick. We are not overeaters and normally like smaller portions, HOWEVER, the price needs to reflect the amount of food. I need to stop going there at all. It just makes me angry thinking about the money they are making off of an inferior product.

thru pizza in my yard. i ordered pizza from Miami heights Larosa's tonight for dinner my order was wrong so i called they was going to resend a new pizza and pick up the wrong one so fine i had to wait another hour for the pizza and the delivery driver decides to discard the wrong pizza in my yard i am highly upset about this and it was a mess up on Larosa's behalf i didn't do anything wrong the ticket fully describes my pizza exactly as i wanted it so why would you throw your mistake in my yard i will never recommend Larosa's to any one

service is bad. I called the 347-1111 placed an order from my house the order was to be taken to a different location i live in bethel the order was to be taken to a family member at spring grove road in cincinnati the person on the phone said that I could pay over the phone and that was not a problem at all.

the order was taken to the address the delivery person would not leave the order because the family member did not have my credit card.

I called the the supervisor the supervisor told me that my card was not processed i looked on line and in fact it was 45 mins. later i got my money back.

the reason that I made the order was the the family member was hungry and had no money.

I will never make a order or eat at la rosa's pizza again.

I can't depend on having an order delivered for some one that needs it .

Excellent Pizza, Wonderful Staff. Thanks for a great dinner! We ordered online and it was delivered in half the quoted time. Everything was perfect and hot! Sooooo good! Shout out to the staff at the Amelia store!

Not very good. LaRosa's is not very good in my opinion. LaRosa's pizza ingredients just aren't that high quality, and the sauce is too sweet. The cheese is lower quality.

Run, Run For Your LIfe. Really pathetic, not Buddies pizza anymore. I can't think of a worst value for the money.

Anyone calling this good pizza has a problem with percieved memory.

VERY OVER PRICED AND SKIMPY ON THE TOPPINGS. The sauce and the cheese on the pizza are still fantastic, unfortunately every thing is skimped on so badly you can hardly taste it. I have been a LaRosa's customer since 1963. It was far and away the BEST for many years.

Now, I refuse to buy it. The prices are ridiculous for what you get. Too bad, Buddy LaRosa's was a great guy, probably still is, but whoever is running things now has ruined it. Maybe they are just too big and have lost all quality control. I am very disappointed.
